I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service you provided in the process of ordering, fitting and building my custom titanium Axiom Seven. I thoroughly researched all the custom Ti manufacturers and found several, including Seven, that I knew could produce outstanding frames. However, for me the final decision came down to where I could find a shop that I could trust, with the honesty, integrity and the expertise to give me advice on the components that would best match my needs and the best custom fit possible. Even though the shop is an hour drive away, I chose Wheel Werks based on my friend Jon's strong recommendation and experience in getting a custom Seven from you.
I have to say, you exceeded even my high expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process and I never once felt pressured to get something more expensive or beyond what would serve me best. The finished bike is beautiful - a work of art! (I had it in my living room for several days, so I could just look at it, until my wife finally convinced me that it wasn't part of her plan for our living room décor!). Even more important is that the ride is just amazing. I couldn't believe how much more comfortable it is than my aluminum Klein I've ridden for many years. I'm itching to get out on some long rides once it stops snowing. I'll stop by once I get 300 miles on it so you can give it the once over.

Hi Bob,
Just wanted you to know that I finished the short route about 84 miles of the Insane Terrain. You were correct when you said it's a ball buster to ride up there. I don't think I could of done it without your help. The fit and the new bars helped tremendously and the bike shifted well. Thanks again and see you soon,

Hi Bob,
I hope you had a good trip home and I'm sure you are busy getting caught up. I really enjoyed getting to meet you and having you get me set up on the bike. I never realized how bad my position was and the stress it was putting on my body riding long miles. I did 40 miles on Saturday and then 125 on Sunday and I feel so much more comfortable. No knee or hamstring issues, feel much more supported in the aero position and better power with full leg extension. Overall, I feel like I can stay on the bike longer and enjoy it... Guess I will need to do that on the Elite in two months. Thanks for taking the time and for all of your expertise.
You mentioned a saddle for me and I think it was the Selle Anatomica? I probably need the clydesdale as I weigh about 188 lbs. I think they come in brown and black and I prefer the black. Would you let me know if this is the saddle that you were recommending and what is the price and availability?
I hope all is well with you and Sue and that we can continue to work together in the future. 145 miler tomorrow with a chilly start and a windy afternoon but that is AZ.

Thank you for your e-mail. I love the bike and it is performing perfectly. I took it for a 61 mile ride on Sunday and it was sensational. Heading out again this evening for 25-30 more miles. I'll see you soon for a quick check up, etc.

I took the Madone out after picking it up for a quick 30. Creaks were gone and the chain made no sound at all. Gears were popping effortlessly. All I could here was the wind & my own breathing. I was like, "Stealth".

Thanks for doing a great job on my Merlin. I did a hill ride thru Bull Valley the next day after I picked it up. The bike ran like a Bernina sewing machine; smooth, quiet and well-tuned. You're the best!
